The sister i workshop is designed to initiate problem solving through fun and innovative projects that will inspire your creative journey. Basic instructions encourage members to share ideas and explore a variety of materials with one another.
Photographs fill our homes with sacred memories. However, organizing, framing and hanging them can be a daunting task. Piles of photos end up stored away and are shared only on rare occasions. During the workshop we will transform a simple box into a creative piece of art, then use it display our pictures.
After you've shared your stepping stone goals for the next meeting, take out your workshop materials and create your treasure photo boxes. Let your creative spirit guide you, share your thoughts and ideas with the circle and let the magic happen! You can paint them, add intricate details, and line the inside with velvet. Once you've completed your box, write a note about the pictures you have selected and why. Include this in your box to share your special memories with others.

Before closing your meeting, take a moment to share your finished projects. Describe where you imagine your box in your home and how it will serve as a centerpiece for sharing and storytelling.
